Tim Cyriacks

Senior Account Director

Tim started with Optimum Restoration in 2016.
Alongside Jimmy, Tim has played a significant leadership role into the growth and development of the company. As Senior Account Director, Tim manages accounting procedures and develops best practices to improves the company's financial health.

Tim brings in 15 years of industry experience as project manager and sales manager. His construction experience entails restoration, landscape enhancements, snow maintenance, and flatwork. Tim is also IICRC Certified for water mitigation, and holds a Bachelors in Business Management. Tim works diligently to ensure projects are completed within the budget whilst communicating effectively throughout the entire process.

Tim, a Nebraska native, packed up his bags and moved to Colorado in 2009. He loves to golf, and take weekend getaways to the mountains for camping, hiking, and skiing.

Jimmy Mendoza

Director of Operations

Jimmy started with Optimum Restoration in 2016.
As the Director of Operations, his role is to supervise all daily operations of the company, implement business plans that focus on company growth, and work closely with the executive team to set company performance goals. Jimmy is equipped with 10 years of construction experience; he has been able to foster an excellent work environment while implementing an advanced construction management software.

In 2019, he became a Class B Contractor. Jimmy has led successful projects through the years, focusing on structural repairs and renovations. Jimmy is passionate about efficient and successful performances on all of our projects.

A fun fact about Jimmy is that he loves to spend time with his newborn daughter!

Rudy Lopez

Project Manager

Rudy joined Optimum Restoration in July 2018.
As a project manager, Rudy's role is to ensure the timely and costly completion of various projects. He oversees every phase of each project, works closely with clients to schedule work, coordinates equipment and materials, and operates within a budget.

Rudy brings in more than 15 years of industry experience, including project manager and restoration services. Rudy has also acquired 26 years of automotive mechanic experience, which has played a significant role in maintaining and servicing our company vehicles. Rudy's diverse skillset has transitioned him well into his role here at Optimum Restoration.

If he's not working in his garage, you can find Rudy off-roading and spending his time outdoors.

Troy Owen

Superintendent

Troy joined Optimum Restoration in May 2017.
As a superintendent, Troy follows project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, oversees a team of workers, ensures that quality standards are met, and works closely with project managers, foremen, and crew members. He brings in 7 years of construction experience, and received a Bachelor of Science in Health Management with a minor in Business Management.

A fun fact about Troy is that he won an Oscar Mayer Wiener contest when he was 5 years old! When he's not winning contests, Troy loves to camp and go to music festivals.

Troy joined Optimum Restoration in May 2017.

Superintendent

Nicolas Reid

Foreman

Nicolas (Nick) joined Optimum Restoration in September 2017.
As a foreman, Nick oversees a team of crew members at various construction sites. Nick's attention to detail and quality works allows him to set prime examples to his crew members. During his time here, he has gained significant experience in coordinating operations and quality assurance.

When the Colorado weather is nice and sunny, Nick loves to spend all his time riding his motorcycle.

Andrew Hutchinson

Foreman

He works alongside his superintendent to ensure that projects are completed in an effective manner. Hutch's determined and strong demeanor makes him an excellent leader and support system to his team.

Hutch is responsible for overseeing a team of crew members, overseeing the quality of the construction site, delegating tasks for the day, and reporting progress of different projects. Matthew Hutchinson

Crew Member

Matthew joined Optimum Restoration in February 2019.
Matthew is responsible for completing various tasks on a job site, loading and unloading building materials, removing hazard materials/debris from job sites, and preparing construction materials to build structures. Matthew's willingness to learn and helpful attitude allows him to further expand his knowledge about the construction industry.

When he's not at work, you can find Matthew spending his free time camping and fishing in the great outdoors.

Matthew is responsible for completing various tasks on a job site, loading and unloading building materials, removing hazard materials/debris from job sites, and preparing construction materials to build structures. Chris Sanders

Crew Member

Chris joined Optimum Restoration in November 2021.
As a crew member, Chris works closely with his foreman and superintendent to complete a variety of different projects, such as fencing, concrete/flatwork, mitigation/restoration, and large painting projects. Chris is always ready to take on new tasks and challenges, making him an excellent and versatile addition to our team!

When Chris is not out on the field, he loves to maintain his aquaponics systems.

Valerie Serrano

Office Manager

Valerie joined Optimum Restoration in July 2021.
As an office manager, Valerie works closely with project managers and internal members to compose schedules, reporting, data entry, apply for permits/licenses, and serve as a liaison to clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Valerie strives to provide the best customer service support for everyone, even if it means traveling with project managers to help translate (ella habla español). She has made an excellent addition to our team!

When Valerie is not in the office, she loves to spend her time outdoors, exploring the beautiful mountains and trails that Colorado has to offer.

Sales and Marketing Associate

Desiree joined Optimum Restoration in September 2021.
As a sales and marketing associate, Desiree oversees demographics, analyzes sales data, develops sales strategies, and maintains excellent relationships with our clients. Her creative and humorous outlook is what makes her marketing strategies stand out!

When Desiree is not on the road meeting with clients, she loves to spend her free time with her 5 year old daughter.
